Although the proton has been discovered more than 100 years ago, people have just begun to understand its internal structure. In this talk I will introduce a recently constructed nonperturbative approach to the structure of relativistic bound states, named Basis Light-front Quantization (BLFQ). I will demonstrate BLFQ through its application to the proton system. I will show the obtained physical quantities characterizing the three-dimensional structure of the proton, such as the parton distribution functions and the form factors, and make comparison with existing experimental data.
报告人简介：
赵行波，中科院近代物理研究所研究员，2015年入选“青年千人计划”。2009年获得由Quark Matter 2009会议颁发的Quark Matter 2009会议奖学金，同年还获得了由美国物理学会德克萨斯分会颁发的Robert S. Hyer研究奖，2013年获得由国际光锥物理顾问委员会颁发的Gary McCartor奖。2001-2005年，本科就读于中国科学技术大学近代物理系。2005－2010年，在Texas A&M University攻读物理博士学位，致力于热介质中的粲夸克偶素的研究。2010-2015年，在美国爱荷华州立大学从事博士后研究，致立于光前量子场论与核子结构的研究。2015年入职中科院近代物理研究所。在Phys. Rev. Lett, Phys. Lett. B, Eur. Phys. J. C, Phys. Rev. C, Phys. Rev. D, Few Body syst. 等国际重要学术期刊上发表论文40多篇，其中四篇高引论文合计达600余次。
