Generalized parton distributions (GPDs) are generalizations of the concept of parton distribution functions (PDFs) depending on the momentum transfer in addition to the parton momentum fraction x. While this makes them complicated multi-variable functions, the information encoded in GPDs is much richer than for PDFs. In particular, they provide 3D images of hadrons. Due to novel approaches, calculating the x-dependence of PDFs and GPDs from lattice QCD has become feasible in the last years. In this talk, we discuss results on PDFs and GPDs of the pion and proton obtained within lattice QCD.
报告人简介：
2017年本科毕业于中国科学技术大学，2021年于清华大学获得物理学博士学位，博士期间访问布鲁克海文国家实验室(US)并通过格点QCD技术从事强子结构的研究，获清华大学优秀博士论文和吴有训奖学金。博后先后任职于华中师范大学和阿贡国家实验室(US)，研究方向以介子和质子的内部结构为主。
